Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene purposes. All “Sale” or discounted items are Final Sale, including promo codes. If you are not happy with your purchase (on regular priced items) and would like a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the package.
Renah Jae reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn or altered in any way. All packaging must be included in your return. The item(s) must be sent immediately after the return is approved.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned item to reach us may vary.
Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process (make sure you get a tracking number) will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer. Once the return item(s) have arrived at our studio, we will inspect them and process the refund to you within 48 hours. It may take up to two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on the method of return.
