Earrings cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene purposes. All sale items are Final Sale. If you are not happy with your purchase(s) and would like a return, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the package. Item(s) must be returned in original, unused condition. The item(s) must be sent immediately after the return is approved.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.
Returns received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process (make sure you get a tracking number) will not be accepted and responsibility will be held by the customer. Once the return item(s) have arrived at our studio, we will inspect them and process the refund to you within 48 hours. It may take up to two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on the method of return.
