What is Pre-Order? 

A pre-order is an order you can make for a new item before it is in stock and available for delivery.

For all pre-orders, please note that the 'ship by' date is a guide only and items can be shipped before or after this date. 

 

What if I order multiple items, can I combine in stock and pre-order items?

As part of our initiative to decrease our carbon footprint and minimize packaging waste, in stock and pre-order items will be shipped together when your pre-ordered items are ready,

If you place an order for multiple pre-order items, we will ship the order when all your items are ready.

If you want in stock items right away, we advise that you place orders for in stock and pre-order items separately.

 

What happens if I place a pre-order for multiple items that are scheduled to arrive at different dates?

If you want your items to ship as they become available then you must order your items separately. Should you place the orders together we'll reserve the stock for you and ship them when all your items are ready for delivery.

 

Where can I find the Estimated Date Of Delivery?

Above the "Pre-Order" button on some of our items, you will see an Estimated Date of Delivery. We guarantee shipment within 60 days from date of order on all our pre-order items. This means you may actually receive your purchase before the 60 days are over.

 

Am I guaranteed to get an item in the promised shipping period or availability date?

Renah Jae guarantees that all pre-orders will be shipped within 60 Days from date of order. So even though we don't always have the full details on availability, we promise that within 60 days, you'll receive your purchase.

 

Do you charge my credit card at the time of purchase or when the item ships?

We charge your credit card for the full amount at time of purchase.

 

Can I cancel or modify a pre-order?

Once an order is made we reserve the stock for you. However if you do have a special request regarding the order, please contact us and we'll see if we can make that change for you. Please note if the change affects the price of the item we will charge / refund the difference should we approve your request.

 

How long will it take to ship out my pre-order once an item is received?

We begin filling pre-orders the day we receive the items.

 

What happens if I wish to cancel my order prior to the 60 days? 

Renah Jae will retain the full payment for any cancellation prior to the expiry of 60 days. In certain situations cancellations may be approved with a cancellation fee.

 

What happens if Renah Jae fails to deliver the order after 60 days?

Renah Jae will update you on the progress of your order.

We will send you an e-mail seven (7) days before the end of 60 days to inform you of the new Estimated Date of Shipment.

We will accept cancellations after the expiration of 60 days from the date of your order and give you a full refund.
